Provides access to a network of clinics to help you take care of your health easier. Obtain medical services from more than 25 specialists including dentists in one location with a single electronic medical record. We also offer access to diagnostic tests, imaging centers, and integrated programs so you can receive several services on the same day.
Contigo Mamá
Educational program for pregnant women that offers virtual workshops on prenatal care, childbirth, and breastfeeding. By participating in the program, you will enjoy benefits such as a $0 copay for prenatal and postnatal visits, up to 16 hours of postpartum in-home support, and a free electric breast pump. In addition, women with high-risk pregnancies will receive up to 16 hours of prenatal in-home support, a glucometer, and a blood pressure monitor.
Contigo Relax
Educational programs for all ages that focus on mental and behavioral health issues. Content includes videos, presentations, and events.
Contigo Fit
Virtual functional exercise program. It will allow you to increase your physical activity at the hands of a personal trainer, who will help you establish routines.
Contigo Mujer
Educational programs geared towards women's integral health through activities that promote prevention.
For Postal Service members and annuitants, coverage under the Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) program will replace coverage under the Federal Employees Health Benefit (FEHB) program.

You must live and work in Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands to enroll. Please verify our Triple-S Salud Service Benefit Plan Brochure to learn more. For more about your rates share, you must contact your agency or OPM if you are retired. Eligible Dependents
- Legally married spouse.
- Natural children, adopted and stepchildren are covered until their 26th birthday. It does not matter if they are married, studying, or working.
- Children that cannot support themselves because of a mental or physical handicap that began before the age of 26. It must be approved by the agency or OPM.
- Foster children are considered for coverage only if the employee or retiree shows documents as proof of the regular and main support of the child. It must be approved by the agency or OPM.
Types of Enrollment
- Self Only - federal employee or retiree only (14A - USVI, 83A PR)
- Self plus One - federal employee or retiree and one (1) eligible dependent (14C USVI, 83C PR)
- Self and family - federal employee or retiree and two (2) or more eligible dependents (14B USVI, 83B PR)

Infertility Medical Policy
Triple-S Salud defines infertility as a disease or condition characterized by the inability to impregnate or conceive; a person's inability to reproduce either as an individual or with the person's partner for a period of 12 months or more (6 months for members over age 35). Cases of infertility can be determined based on a patient's medical history, physical findings, or diagnostic testing.
