If you have Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through INSPIRA, our program offers you:
Direct clinical services – Appointments for evaluation, support, guidance, counseling, or psychological therapy. These services are designed to help employees and their families in managing their personal problems.
Services for children and teenagers – We help parents handle any problems that may arise in the psychological and emotional development of their pre-teen and teenage children. The program includes individual and family therapy.
Prevention and promotion of health – Psychoeducational guidance and discussions to help minimize the stressors and conflicts that cause psychosomatic conditions, illnesses, and accidents in the workplace.
Geriatric Care – We provide guidance and referrals to help care for aging family members.
VIP Services for management employees – Psychological treatment at the Medical Tower of Hospital Auxilio Mutuo.
Legal and financial counseling*– – Referrals to experts in financial management and legal affairs. First visit is free of charge for employees.
Drugs and alcohol** – Rehabilitation treatment for one year, to ensure the company is compliant with the regulations to manage cases of drug and alcohol abuse. This program is certified by ASSMCA and constitutes a treatment alternative, as provided by the law for drug-free environments.
Referrals to specialists of community resources – Network of community resources to help employees with various problems or issues.
Management support – Advice for supervisors and managers to help them manage any situations that may cause difficulties in their employees’ performance.
Crisis intervention – Services to help employees deal in case of a catastrophic or traumatic event in the workplace.
