Social Media Disclaimer

You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted”) on Triple-S’s social media pages by means of the links to the Company’s social media accounts published on each of its Websites (“user contributions”). Your user contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we may limit public access to said pages, you may set certain privacy settings for such information by logging into your account profile, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Website with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Any protected health information or non-public financial information submitted by members through the Company’s online portal member services will be handled in accordance to its HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and GLBA Notice of Privacy Practices, as applicable. As a result, users’ opt-out and/or access rights may limited.

We encourage all of our partners, contributors and third parties to implement policies and practices that respect the privacy of our users. As part of any recruitment process, Triple-S collects and processes personal data relating to job applicants. Triple-S is committed to being transparent about how the Company collects and uses that data and its commitment to safeguard that information as described in its Job Applicant Privacy Notice.

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology or pursuant to industry standards to prevent the unauthorized disclosure or exposure of personally identifiable information.
