Service Hours
On Wednesday, December 24, 2025, The Call Center for Members and Providers will offer service from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 pm. Members and providers of the Government Health Plan, Vital will operate from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The Central Offices on Roosevelt Avenue, the Customer Service Centers at Guayama, Manatí, Bayamón, Caguas, Ponce, Fajardo, Aguadilla Mayaguez, Arecibo and Hatillo will also remain closed.
For your convenience, the Service Centers at Plaza las Américas and Plaza Carolina will be operating from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
On Thursday, December 25, 2025, the Call Centers for Members and Providers of the commercial business line will remain closed. For Members and Providers of the Government Health Plan, Vital will remain closed.
