Serial tonometry is a diagnostic procedure that involves a minimum of three tonometry measurements spread over a period of six hours or greater to evaluate Intraocular pressure (IOP) variability and identify fluctuations that may not be detected with a single measurement. The results are assessed collectively to support the diagnosis and management of conditions such as glaucoma or ocular hypertension. <a id="
