That’s why I want to bring in you to Contigo Fit, a useful workout program designed by Triple-S with you in mind.

It’s important that you change your sense about thinness; it does not equal beauty. You should view your well-being from a physical, mental, and emotional view. I encourage you to forget about the diet culture, which ties a person’s value to their weight, figure, and sizes.
This is the time to take action and change that mindset. Focus on your needs and set goals that line up with how you want to feel. Well-being involves your emotional health as well. That’s why your bond with food should motivate you, not punish you.
We are here to support you in this journey, giving four key steps to keep in mind when setting your goals.
Step 1: Watch your food choices and physical activity
Keep a daybook of your food intake for a week. This will help you identify your eating habits and find out whether you eat out of emotion or needed.
Do this for your physical activity as well. Add up the minutes of exercise you do each week. Remember that healthy eating habits must be accompanied by at least 150 minutes of physical activity a week. Ask your doctor about the best choices for you.
Step 2: Set your goals
Be real when setting your goals. Use the SMART method: set up Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound goals. For example, you may say: “In 2025, I will eat more vegetables, starting with 1 cup of veggies, first in my lunch and then in my dinner.”
Having a clear goal will help you stay focused on your main goal.
Step 3: Be patient
Remember that big changes are reached step by step. Rushing to reach a goal can lead to setback. Health accomplishments need a lasting commitment.
Step 4: Reward yourself
Treat yourself with moments of comfort. Visit the beach, take a walk outdoors, and practice meditation. Join in events that bring up healthy feelings but try to skip those needing food.
